The website https://clinicaferrer.com (the “Website”) is owned by Vicente Ferrer Pérez (Clínica Ferrer), Spanish tax ID 29175170S, with professional address at C. de la Cruz, 2, Mezzanine, 30820 Alcantarilla (Murcia), Spain. Contact: info@clinicaferrer.com; +34 968 808 536.
Healthcare activities are carried out at an authorised healthcare centre, Health Register number 2920008. Vicente Ferrer Pérez holds a Degree in Dentistry awarded by the University of Murcia (Spain) and is registered under number 30000429 with the Official College of Dentists and Stomatologists of the Region of Murcia. The profession is governed by Spanish healthcare and professional rules and by the applicable Spanish Code of Dental Ethics and Deontology.
2. Purpose and scope
These Terms govern access to, browsing and use of the Website, its content, forms, links and features. They do not by themselves govern the provision of dental treatment, which is subject to the clinical information, quotation, informed consent and other documents applicable to each patient.
3. Acceptance
Accessing or using the Website makes the visitor a user and entails acceptance of the version of these Terms published at the relevant time. Users who disagree must refrain from using the Website. Specific terms displayed for a particular feature prevail over these Terms where they are incompatible.
4. Access, availability and changes
General access is free of charge, without prejudice to the user's connectivity costs and any dental services later purchased. Clínica Ferrer may update, suspend or withdraw content or functions for technical, legal, security or service-improvement reasons. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the Website available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
5. Health information and no online diagnosis
Content is provided for general information and education. It is not a diagnosis, prescription, second opinion or dentist-patient relationship and does not replace an individual clinical assessment. The suitability of any treatment depends on the patient's clinical history, examination, diagnostic tests, alternatives, risks and individual circumstances.
The Website is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency or serious-risk situation, call 112 or 061 in Spain, or attend the nearest emergency department. For a dental emergency, telephone the clinic; sending a form or message does not guarantee immediate attention.
6. Appointment requests and communications
Forms, calls, emails and WhatsApp messages may be used to request information or an appointment, but they do not automatically confirm a booking or create acceptance of treatment or a quotation. An appointment is confirmed only when Clínica Ferrer expressly communicates confirmation. Users must provide accurate, current and sufficient information and review the communications they receive.
Ordinary Website, email and WhatsApp channels should not be used to send full clinical records, radiographs, intraoral images, diagnoses or other highly sensitive health information unless the clinic expressly requests it and provides an appropriate channel.
7. User obligations
Users must use the Website lawfully, diligently and respectfully. Introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorised access to systems or data, circumventing security, impersonating others, mass extraction of content, infringement of third-party rights, or using the Website for fraudulent, unlawful or bad-faith purposes is prohibited.
8. Intellectual and industrial property
Unless otherwise stated, texts, photographs, videos, designs, logos, trademarks, structure, code and other content are owned by Clínica Ferrer or used under licence. Users receive only a limited, revocable and non-exclusive right to access and view content for personal purposes. Reproduction, adaptation, distribution, public communication, extraction or commercial exploitation requires prior permission, except where permitted by law.
Trademarks and logos of insurers, manufacturers, platforms and other third parties belong to their respective owners and are displayed solely for identification or to describe collaborations or technologies.
9. Third-party links, content and services
The Website may include links or content from Google Maps, YouTube, Vimeo, WhatsApp, social networks, insurers or other third parties. When users activate them or leave the Website, the third party's terms and policies apply. Clínica Ferrer does not control their content, availability or practices, although it selects and integrates such services with due care.
10. Liability
Clínica Ferrer takes reasonable measures to keep information clear, current and secure, but does not guarantee that every item is always complete, current or error-free. It is not liable for clinical or personal decisions based solely on general Website information, or for loss caused by unlawful, negligent use or use contrary to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer and patient rights, liability for fraud or gross negligence, and liability for personal injury where applicable by law.
11. Security
No system is completely invulnerable. Users should keep devices updated, use secure connections and avoid sending sensitive information through unsuitable channels. Suspected vulnerabilities or misuse should be reported to info@clinicaferrer.com without exploiting or disclosing them in a harmful manner.
12. Data protection and cookies
Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are governed by the Cookie Policy and the settings panel available on the Website.
13. Changes to these Terms
Clínica Ferrer may amend these Terms to reflect legal, technological or functional changes. The applicable version is the one published with its update date. Where a change requires consent, consent will be requested through an appropriate means.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law and applicable European Union law. Where the user is a consumer, disputes are submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under mandatory consumer-protection rules. In other cases, and unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the courts of Murcia, Spain, have jurisdiction.
15. Contact, language and prevailing version
Questions about these Terms may be sent to info@clinicaferrer.com or C. de la Cruz, 2, Mezzanine, 30820 Alcantarilla (Murcia), Spain.
This document is available in Spanish and English. Both versions are intended to have the same meaning. If an interpretative discrepancy arises, the Spanish version prevails to the extent permitted by applicable law, without affecting the user's mandatory rights.
